Marine services
Ship agency, from arrival to departure.
Four services, one coordinator on the ground. When your vessel calls, the same person handles its crew, permits, provisions and cargo.
Operational coverage
40+ ports. 20 provinces.
Every dot on the map is a port we have actually worked — not a coverage list on paper.
Sumatera (14)
Jawa (9)
Kalimantan (12)
Sulawesi & Maluku (5)
Your port is not on the list?
Nothing to worry about. Our network does not end at this list. Tell us the port, and leave the rest to us — from permits through to coordination on the ground.
How it works
Four steps, no surprises.
- 01
Send the request
Fill the form or message us. Name the port or airport, and the date.
- 02
Quote & confirmation
We send the cost breakdown and the schedule. No hidden charges.
- 03
Execution
The team on the ground handles the pickup, the paperwork and the vessel coordination.
- 04
Documentation
Job certificate and invoice arrive with a QR code anyone can verify.
What sets us apart
We work first. You pay after.
Registered and verified clients — companies and individuals alike — get a credit facility. The work proceeds with no payment up front, and the invoice follows only once the job is done — on the term agreed back at the quote.
Nothing up front
Your cash is not tied up in work that has not happened yet. We still meet the crew and file the paperwork first.
Invoiced on completion
The invoice arrives with a QR-verified job certificate. What is billed is exactly what was done.
Terms agreed upfront
The payment period and due date are stated in the quote, not negotiated afterwards.
Companies and individuals
Available once your account is registered and its documents pass verification in the client portal. The limit is set per account.
The credit facility is subject to terms and conditions, including account verification, working history, and per-job limit approval. The detail is in the Terms of Service and stated on every quote. Read Article 5 — Credit Facility

Common questions
What we are asked most.
What documents are required for seafarer visa processing?
For a crew visa we typically need: a valid passport (min. 6 months), seafarer's book, letter of appointment from the ship management company, and the crew list.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 WIB. Outside these hours you can still send a request through the contact form, the booking form or WhatsApp, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
How does the invoice and payment process work?
Once your quotation is approved and the job is done, we issue an invoice by email and in the client portal. Pay by bank transfer to the account on the invoice, then upload the proof of payment in the client portal.
Can we pay after the job is completed?
Yes. Registered and verified corporate clients can use our credit facility: the work proceeds with no payment up front, and the invoice is issued once the job is done, on the term agreed in the quote. The facility is subject to terms and conditions, including company verification and per-job limit approval.
What does a company need to qualify for the credit facility?
Register the company in the client portal and pass document verification. Approval also considers working history and the limit for each job, so the facility is granted case by case rather than automatically.
Which ports do you cover?
In 2026 we handled jobs at 40+ ports across 20 provinces, including Tanjung Priok (Jakarta), Tanjung Perak (Surabaya), Gresik, Merak, Batam, Balikpapan, Teluk Bayur (Padang), Dumai, Taboneo and Morowali.
