Do you provide Halal food?
Yes, we can adjust food provisions according to diet preferences and crew needs (Halal, Vegetarian, Kosher, etc). We work with Halal-certified suppliers.
What about urgent spare parts?
We have a special team to handle "Hand Carry" delivery or priority clearance for critical spare parts. We can coordinate 24/7 delivery for urgent needs.
How long does it take to deliver goods to the ship?
For local goods, we can deliver within 24-48 hours after PO is received. For imported spare parts, timing depends on customs clearance process, usually 3-7 working days.
Can you provide fresh water in large quantities?
Yes, we have access to water barges and tanker trucks for fresh water filling in large volumes (up to hundreds of tons) according to ship needs.
What is the payment system for ship chandler?
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit terms for trusted principals, or cash on delivery. For new clients, we usually request advance payment or payment upon delivery.
Is there a minimum order for ship supplies?
No minimum order. We serve from small needs like a few provision items to full ship supply for large vessels. Every ship need is our priority.
Can you handle garbage disposal and waste management?
