Marine Services
Full ship agency at Indonesian ports: crew change, PKKA and port clearance, ship chandling, logistics, and other quayside support.
Overview
What is included.
Marine Services is the umbrella over all the ship agency work we handle at the quay. The four services beneath it operate as one team: when a vessel calls, the same coordinator handles its crew, its permits, its provisions and its cargo.
Through 2026 we handled 279 jobs at 43 ports across 23 provinces, for 122 distinct vessels.
Service scope
- Crew change: sign-on and sign-off
- PKKA and port clearance for foreign vessels
- Ship chandling: provisions, spares and equipment
- Cargo logistics delivered to the quay

Questions
Frequently asked.
Which ports do you cover?
More than 40 ports across 23 provinces, from Malahayati in Aceh to Weda in North Maluku. The full list is in the Port Coverage section on the front page.
Can we use just one of the services?
Yes. You can take a single service — crew change only, or clearance only — without buying the full package.
How do quoting and invoicing work?
We issue a quote itemised by component before work starts. On completion, the job certificate and invoice are issued with a publicly verifiable QR code.
Is it available outside office hours?
Field operations run 24/7 to match vessel schedules. The administrative office keeps regular hours.
